How quickly do you respond?
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on weekdays. For bug reports with full details, we often respond faster.
I found a bug — what details should I include?
Please include: what you were trying to do, what actually happened, your device type (mobile/desktop), your browser (Chrome/Safari/Firefox), and any error messages you saw. Screenshots are very helpful.
Can I suggest a new calculator or feature?
Yes! We love feature requests. Use the "Feature Request" category in the form above. Popular requests get prioritised. Tell us what problem you're trying to solve, not just the feature you want.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Send us an email at hello@worthscale.in with the subject "Delete my account" and the email address linked to your account. We will permanently delete all your data within 7 business days.
Is there a phone number I can call?
We currently only support email and our contact form. This keeps us lean and responsive — we can typically answer email questions more thoroughly than phone calls.
